Basic Sustainability Policy

Based on our management philosophy of "aiming to be a company with a strong presence for society and fulfilling work for its employees," we aim to achieve sustainable increases in corporate value by conducting business activities that give consideration to all stakeholders.
In addition, in order to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society as well as our own sustainable growth, we will tackle important issues (materiality) in accordance with the following policies.

1. Positive approaches to environmental issues

Consideration for the global environment is positioned as a priority management issue, and we will strive to coexist with the environment in all areas of our corporate activities.

4. Fair and Proper Transactions with Business Partners

We will provide products and services that give consideration to safety, security, and health, and build a supply chain in accordance with fair business practices with our business partners.

5. Risk Management for Natural Disasters

We will establish a risk management system that includes preventive activities in preparation for the occurrence of risks and prompt ex-post action activities in an appropriate manner after the occurrence.

6. Ensuring diversity

Recognizing that the existence of diverse perspectives and values is important in ensuring the sustainable growth of the Company, we will strive to ensure diversity, including the promotion of the active participation of women and foreigners.

7. Thorough Compliance

We will comply with international codes of conduct and the laws and regulations of the countries and regions in which we operate, and conduct our business in good faith.
In addition, we will not only comply with laws and regulations, but also constantly endeavor to act in accordance with social conscience. At the same time, we will respond firmly to antisocial forces and have no relationship with them.

8. Education and Awareness for Employees to Promote Sustainability

Because each and every employee promotes sustainability, we will conduct education and awareness-raising activities to foster awareness of important issues among employees.
